The repaired or replaced Product shall be warranted here under for the unexpired segment of the ingenious warranty period. Any product that has been modified or altered without the written approval of HiTorque will also result in voiding warranty. HiTorque warranty for service parts covers reimbursement for parts only. Where Product has been fitted in the HiTorque workshop, the warranty covers reimbursement of parts and work for the repaired Product only if such work is carried out with prior approval from HiTorque.
